Kali & Flow is deeply rooted in Southeast Asian martial arts, drawing from disciplines such as Kali/Eskrima, Silat, Filipino Boxing, and Muay Thai. We train to build strong foundations, real skills and principles that carry into everyday life. Through hard work and discipline, we strive to become better humans. We build confidence, strengthen our relationship with ourselves, and learn to face everyday challenges with greater resilience.
Our programs are organized into progressive levels and grades within each subsystem that makes up our school. This structured curriculum ensures clear pathways for learning and development, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to refine and expand your skills.

Martial arts have been a lifelong journey for me. It has shaped not just my skills, but who I am. For more than 25 years, from the training halls of France to the dojos and open spaces of Asia, I’ve explored and practiced with passion. What inspires me most is sharing this path with others, helping people feel stronger, more confident and more connected to themselves. Today, my journey continues in Indonesia, and I’d love to meet you on your way here.
